Toronto Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014 Recap

After admiring Matthew Gallagher's Spring/Summer 2014 collection cruise down the runway I immediately felt like I was taken to the most glamorous yacht party. The perfectly positioned keyholes, draping of the luxury fabrics, and not to mention the soft prints and colours had me gasping one look after another.

Joe Fresh
Joe Fresh is always a hit every season; I especially enjoyed it this season with its cool mix of Joe's take on the Canadian tuxedo. This update is no longer just matching blue jeans but its the incorporation of printed leather. Its perfect for any cool cowgirl that loves the city life.

Mikhael Kale
Mikhael Kale is the king of bondage for his most recent collection. He took Cinderella's princess gowns and added a splash of the evil queen's leather corset. For any powerful women ready to take over the world, whether its for world piece or evil domination this is the perfect look.

Modern geisha girls is what Melissa Nepton sent down her runway. The short volume skirts had its Asian inspiration of water colour patterns. While the long A-line dresses had sheer panels resembling rice paper. Great pieces that work well with anything.
